Who I Am

My name is Hannah Edwards, and I am a former student-athlete at Santa Clara University (softball alum, 2025). In my final year at SCU, I helped lead my team to a West Coast Conference Championship and a Regional appearance in Tucson, Arizona. I earned my dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies in 2019 and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at SCU, with aspirations to work within correctional facilities.

In addition to my collegiate career, I compete with the Great Britain National Team and participated in Olympic Trials for the Tokyo 2020 Games in 2019 in The Netherlands. I have been formally trained as a pitcher since 2010 under Dave Neil, an apprentice of Rich Balswick, and have also worked with Anjelica “Jelly” Selden, a UCLA All-American, in the greater Sacramento area.

During my high school career at Archbishop Mitty, I started on varsity as a freshman and helped lead my team to four consecutive CCS Championship appearances, winning three titles. I lettered at the collegiate level and have received multiple Scholar-Athlete awards, reflecting my commitment both on the field and in the classroom.

I have been privately coaching young athletes for over seven years, with a focus on developing strong, confident pitchers and well-rounded individuals. I offer lessons for athletes ages 7–18 and strive to create meaningful, lasting results both on and off the field.
